All floral arrangements are made with perishable products that are sensitive to external factors such as temperature, humidity, and light. For this reason, all sales are final once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
Golden Rose Florist does not offer returns or refunds for issues related to personal preferences, incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout, or delivery conditions beyond our control.
We are not responsible for orders where the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Claims will only be considered in cases of visible and verifiable damage at the time of delivery, such as broken containers or physical damage to the arrangement.
The customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence for evaluation at: goldenroseflorist@outlook.com.
If a replacement is approved, the return of the original arrangement may be required. Golden Rose Florist reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
